Halloween has come and gone again this year, we kicked it off with the usual fun party at the Cundliffe’s place (which is becoming tradition since the kids came along). It’s always fun to see the kids dress up! This year Josh was a rock star (none in particular!) and Ryley was Pebbles (of Flintstones fame).
Our friend Suzy had her sister’s family down (husband Matt and baby Ben), Jenn and Suzy planned ahead and had Jenn’s mom help make the Pebbles and Bam-Bam costumes for the kids while she was down for a visit not long before Halloween. They were pretty cute together!
After the party, it was still early enough that we could hit some houses for Josh’s first trick-or-treating excursion, which was a success! He was a little slow to start, not sure about just going up to someone’s house and yelling “trick or treat!”, but he soon got the hang of it, and was rewarded with a big bag full of candy!
Mr. Rockstar here had some fun with his red mohawk and fake ‘air guitar’ at the end of the night – I suppose it could have something to do with candy before bedtime… loving the ‘Devil’s hand’!
