The BBA put on their second show, entitled “Pre-School Musical”, and it was pretty much as good as their first show in January! This one had a graduation theme to it as they were giving Josh and 4 other classmates a send-off as they are all ‘graduating’ from the BBA and moving on to ‘big school’ this fall.
Josh was in most of the acts, unfortunately Ryley was in only 2 (of about 8 or so)! They were both very good, and as before it was quite entertaining to watch.
They did this number with Josh playing the part of “Joshua Bieber”, which was pretty funny. First of all he came out and said ‘hi’ to some girls, who ran away – his response (to the crowd) was that “that wouldn’t happen if he was Justin Bieber”… cue the laughter from the crowd…! He then ran backstage and they did a quick little transformation and he came out as Joshua Bieber… all the little girls came (literally) screaming! Too funny.
Ryley was so cute as a little chick, doing the “Chicken Dance”… it was cuter than it should be as her costume head kept falling in front of her face, she would do her little dance and when the chance arose she would lift it up and peek out. Then she would go back to her dancing and the beak would fall back to where it was. Poor girl – but so cute. She was so good!
Josh was in a number where they wore these cool glow-stick suits… pretty snazzy!
…And then there was a bit of a ceremony at the end for the graduates.
Hooray!
Lisa and our friend Laurieann came out to watch the show, the kids were happy to have them there (especially Lisa)!
Another great show by the BBA, we were so proud of Josh and Ryley!
