Poor Cooper Looper.  He took the dreaded trip to the vet to be “fixed” in the early part of January, and he’s been a different dog ever since.  Like something’s missing.  (ha ha…)  Poor guy had to wear this embarrassing big plastic cone for about two weeks afterwards that was SO annoying (for him and us)!

He kept on running into things (doorways, legs) and the cone didn’t
allow him to reach his food properly without tipping something over so
he was often hand-fed by Jenn or one of the kids!  I felt bad for the guy, he could hardly walk for the first week and it took the full two to get back on his feet.  We all made him feel as best we could, he got lots of extra cuddles!

Here he is today during a “puppy playdate” with his three brothers and another labradoodle (semi-distant relative of Cooper’s, I believe) who belongs to one of Jenn’s co-workers.  We know two of the three families that have Cooper’s brothers, and one of those families knows the fourth, so Jenn got them all together for a spirited romp!  Can you tell which one is Cooper?

Cooper is sleeping well tonight…!
