Jenn spent the weekend in Florida with her friends Chantal and Liz (both of whom used to live here in Bermuda), and their good buddy Bon Jovi. Ok, they didn’t exactly hang out with Bon Jovi, but they did see him in concert (in Sunrise, Florida) which was the main reason for the trip. Chantal is a huge BJ fan (Bon Jovi, that is), and these girls hadn’t seen each other for a little while so it turned out to be a good idea to meet in the middle (of Texas, Bermuda, and Ontario) in Florida and see a Bon Jovi concert as part of his “Because We Can” tour.
Of course, there was the small matter of the outlet malls to contend with first.
They wanted to make the most of their concert experience, so a VIP package seemed appropriate (they got the ‘Ultimate VIP Party Pack’ I believe). After some wining and dining (and a little Champagne) at the BB&T Center (the venue) beforehand, it was time for the show!
I believe at least one of these naughty girls snuck up closer than their designated seats…

By all accounts it was a great show and they had a good weekend all around – good company, good food (I thought I heard that they ate exclusively at the Cheesecake Factory the entire weekend…!), good shopping, and they got to trade their hubbies for Mr. Bongiovi (even if only for a fleeting few hours)!
