This year, we thought we’d throw a proper Christmas open house at our place – always a good excuse to have friends over for a few ‘wobbly pops’ and give a little boost of holiday cheer before the big day.  We had a little impromptu one a few years back and it was really fun, so we did it up right this time.

I turned the laundry area into a makeshift bar to free up some space in the kitchen, Jenn got a car load of food from Miles’ Market, we ordered an afternoon full of sunshine, then we donned our Santa hats and had a great party!

There was a bouncy castle, football (soccer) nets, and basketball for the kids to play with as well as some coloring, etc… all in the name of keeping busy!

I suppose it was inevitable that the kids found Lego in the kids’ rooms and brought some outside to play… oh well!  Good times.

I didn’t get pics of everyone (sorry to those I missed!) – by the time people were leaving it was getting dark – Fran /  Will and family shut the place down after a few rousing games on the Xbox!

A great day for us, and I think for most everyone who came by!  Huge thanks to everyone who came, we were glad to see you all and hope you have a great remainder of the holiday season!
