Happy Halloween everyone!  We had a busy and fun Halloween over here in the Wilson household!

We spend most of the day getting a few things together for what has become our annual Halloween shindig – carving pumpkins (yes, with powertools – oh yeah!!), making pumpkin soup, etc.  We were lucky Grandma & Grandpa Boys arrived for a visit on the Thursday before – we couldn’t find a pumpkin anywhere the week before but Jenn saw that Wadson’s farm had some so we send Grandpa for a little trip over to the other side of the island to pick some up while we were at work!

For those who don’t know, our house is on a little road that forms an elongated circle, which is apparently good for trick or treating.  There are several of these sorts of busy neighborhoods around the island that have good access and parking for the trick or treaters so we like to invite our friends to come and park in our yard and take the kids around, then come back and hang around for a few adult beverages, etc.

Lots of cute kids in lots of cute costumes!

Who you gonna call?

The usual suspects around the neighborhood doing it up right!

The Head Witch, with her evil friend…

Hope everyone had a safe and Happy Halloween!!
