Ryley Roo is 7 years old! Her big day (the 26th) was in the middle of the week this year, so before school she opened a few gifts and we had cake after her favorite salmon supper.
The real fun was on the weekend at her gymnastics birthday party! The gym out in St. David’s is pretty well kitted out with all the gymnastics gear you could want. Ryley invited the girls in her class to join her mid-morning on Sunday and they had a blast.
They played some games and took turns doing crazy jumps and rolls all over the place!

She certainly isn’t afraid of being up high! Ryley climbed up to the top of the rope (up to the roof rafters!) and had no issues swinging into a foam pit from a high bar over top if it.
Ryley enjoyed watching her friends attempt to hit her with a foam cube while hanging upside down (it was a game, nothing mean)!
The girls worked up an appetite for pizza and cupcakes! They were all very well behaved and everyone had lots of fun.
Ryley had a few shaky moments during the party (she’s very competitive!) but all in all she had a great time and counts this party as a rousing success!
